Refurb & Fire Safety Works, Andium Home Ltd's Le Marais flats

IPM is appointed as the Project Manager & HSPC for Andium Home Ltd's capital project, providing fire safety works & refurbishment of Le Marais flats.This project encompasses the refurbishment of 224 homes across 4 buildings, and includes the replacement of lifts to upgrade to full firefighting standard, within the constraints of the existing buildings and lift shafts.The project includes renovation of the flats & replacement of end of life Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems. It also includes critical & essential works including life safety systems. Structural works include cutting an access on each floor so that the two lifts now stop at every floor & repairs to degraded concrete soffits.

Brexit Transport Preparations

IPM was appointed to support the Government of Jersey's Driver and Vehicle Standards Department's preparations to ensure continuity of travel arrangements for Islanders after Brexit.This project involves working with the Government of Jersey's Driver and Vehicle Standards to deliver the legislation framework and to implement the required actions to enable the Island to comply with the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic 1968.

HSPC: Les Quennevais School

IPM are proud to have been project HSPC (Health & Safety Project Coordinators) for the recently completed Les Quennevais School. The secondary school is able to accommodate up to 850 children in Years 7 to 11. The building is approximately 11,500m2 with the remainder of the site being made up of access roads, footways a car park for 109 vehicles, servicing areas, a formal playing field along with informal reception areas and landscaping features.

Multi-Storey Car Park Modernisation

This involved working with the Department for Infrastructure's transport team to develop a cohesive programme for the repair and modernisation of the Multi-Storey car park stock. The department wished to ensure that its desire to undertake modernisation works was co-ordinated with existing planned maintenance and minor repairs. The resulting programme set out the main stages required to define the modernisation schemes and to build them into the programme of redevelopment.Having delivered and agreed the programme, IPM then undertook the role of Project Manager for implementation, including the development of a procurement strategy and the selection of architects to develop the modernisation schemes.This project involved the development of a programme for the modernisation of the Island's Multi-Storey Car Parks and the management of its implementation.

CVC Capital Partners Office fit-out IFC5

IPM were appointed to Project Manage the delivery of CVC Capital Partner's new office space in the recently completed IFC5 building. CVC already had a presence on the waterfront in St Helier, however were seeking modern facilities to accommodate their growing on island team whilst playing a key part of CVC's global network of 24 offices.IPM appointed the professional team and managed the project from the initial design stage through to a turn-key solution. IPM's responsibilities as project managers included Programme and Cost Management, Contract Administration and undertaking of the Health and Safety Project Coordinator (HSPC) role. CVC have a presence across the Americas, Europe and Asia and as such IPM worked closely with CVC's IT team to ensure integration and connectivity with the other locations and delivered conferencing facilities as part of the Category B fit-out.
