IPM acted as Project & Programme Managers and HSPC for the delivery of Andium Homes' High Rise building stock fire safety improvements.

Following a fire strategy review of their High Rise building stock, Andium Homes Limited required necessary works to be undertaken in four buildings to ensure industry safety & compliance.

IPM were appointed to act as Project & Programme Managers, Employers Agent, and Health & Safety Project Coordinators (HSPC).

The two year project involved supply, retrofitting, & installation, of a new Category 3 fully automatic sprinkler system to the communal circulation areas and flats, including the installation of water tanks to service the systems. Associated with the works were all mechanical and electrical connections and building works to facilitate; structural works to support tanks and fire stopping.
