IPM successfully project managed the Cat-A & B office fit-out to two floors of Liberation House, delivering a high-end, premium finish, for clients Stonehage Fleming

IPM became involved in the project and assisted during the early lease negotiations for the client’s new premises at Liberation House. Working closely with the design team, IPM helped establish the client’s vision for their new space, drawing influence from the client’s London office design guide, whilst remaining within the budget set for the Jersey office. IPM coordinated a competitive tender process, leading to the appointment of Rok Construct as Principal Contractor for an initial enabling works package and subsequent main works contract.

The premises across two floors were stripped and remodeled to create open-plan working space, flexible breakout areas, kitchen dining spaces, meeting rooms, and quiet areas, as well as a polished and welcoming client suite and reception. Successful collaboration with the project team meant that challenges with the existing building were able to be designed around and resolved, and the client's requirements, including technical IT requirements, were successfully fulfilled.

IPM closely managed the project cost plan and budgets for the contract works, as well as for client direct items, and professional fees, all resulting in the project coming in under budget.

Following completion of the works, IPM also assisted in the coordination of phased moves from the client’s previous offices to their new space, adopting a practical approach to ensure a seamless transition.
