IPM Project Managed the successful design and delivery of the phased retail fit-out works to the JEC Powerhouse store.

IPM were appointed as the Project Manager for the re-modelling and refurbishment of the JEC Powerhouse and former Sports Direct retail spaces. This included provision of workshop space, staff break-out space and office space, for JEC retail staff.​

To ensure project success, IPM collaborated closely with the Architect and M&E consultant to deliver a co-ordinated design approach across the phased works. IPM also worked closely with the Principal Contractor and client direct fit-out specialists to deliver the work in considered phases, whilst the Powerhouse store remained operational and open to the public.​

IPM led on cost planning and budget management, and provided regular reporting to the client throughout the projects lifecycle.​

The result is circa 9,000sqft of re-imagined retail space that not only delivers visual impact but also significantly enhances the customer experience and engagement.
