IPM acted as Project Manager & HSPC for the reconfiguration & Cat-B Office Fit-Out to deliver new office space for Kaltroco.

IPM Ltd were appointed to Project Manage the reconfiguration of former office space on the 2nd Floor of IFC 5, to provide new office space for Kaltroco, including open plan working areas, a meeting room, breakout space, and tea point.

IPM co-ordinated the professional team, overseeing development of the design, including mechanical and electrical adjustments to suit the new layout. IPM also managed client direct workstreams including furniture procurement, signage, and security, through directly appointed specialists.

The project was delivered under a JCT Intermediate Contract, administered by IPM. Maintaining a hands-on approach, IPM ensured positive collaboration with the contractor, allowing solutions to be collaboratively achieved where required, meeting the client’s needs and expectations at all times.

IPM also managed the project cost plan throughout, tracking against the project budget and providing regular updates to the client.

This proactive management approach led to the successful delivery of the project, both on time and under budget.
