IPM Limited delivered full Project Management services for a new office space, including Programme & Cost Management, Contract Administration, and Health & Safety Project Coordination.
IPM were appointed to Project Manage the delivery of CVC Capital Partner’s new office space in the recently completed IFC5 building. CVC already had a presence on the waterfront in St Helier, however were seeking modern facilities to accommodate their growing on island team whilst playing a key part of CVC’s global network of 24 offices.
IPM appointed the professional team and managed the project from the initial design stage through to a turn-key solution. IPM’s responsibilities as project managers included Programme and Cost Management, Contract Administration and undertaking of the Health and Safety Project Coordinator (HSPC) role. CVC have a presence across the Americas, Europe and Asia and as such IPM worked closely with CVC’s IT team to ensure integration and connectivity with the other locations and delivered conferencing facilities as part of the Category B fit-out.
Axis Mason were appointed as the interior designers and have achieved an understated and contemporary design which has resulted in an attractive but functional space accommodating CVC’s current and future needs. The design team worked hand in hand with Style Office who supplied and installed the William Hands and Senator furniture which are the perfect fit for the open plan areas, offices, meeting rooms and impressive board room.
Camerons Interiors were the Principal Contractor for the fit-out, completing both phases of the project on time and to a very high standard. Camerons were also the Contractors for the construction of the IFC5 building and as such were able to provide sound advice during the design and construction phases helping to overcome challenges and build as efficiently as possible.
